Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Qi Gong

78 year old Master Zheng is a Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Qi Gong master from Fu'An, Fujien Province, China.

He began his studies at age 11, his masters were the local monks from his town. His father was a famous I-Ching master, known throughout Fujien Province. His wife is herbal medicine specialist, his daughter is a well known Feng Shui master.

Master Zheng still practices daily. The informal videos here were taken by his family.
